National Donut Day in the midst of a Pandemic. 

Just like that the pandemic hit, and just like that we couldn’t see our loved ones. No birthday parties, no wedding celebrations, no graduation ceremonies. But as quickly as it all started, we are now getting out of our pyjamas and starting to venture out of our cocoons. Although we couldn’t see each other and still can’t see each other as much, we can still reach each other in thoughtful ways. Friday night drinks on Zoom, writing and sending letters, and of course sending loved ones donuts. 

With every order placed of donuts, there is a special reason behind them, and an extra special person about to receive them. and our chance to contribute to sharing happiness. Although this is a hard time and will continue to be, we have a commitment to share happiness. 

Delivering Donut Across Sydney

So to make each and every delivery of donuts more special, We expanded our delivery radius to connect more people and we now deliver to 900 postcodes within a 60km radius of the Sydney CBD.  To add cheer we place complimentary message cards, and bright ribbons and bows.

And we aren’t stopping there. The 5th of June is National Donut Day, normally enjoyed with mountains of donuts shared amongst colleagues, friends and family. So why just have a reason to celebrate for one day, we’ve made a week out of it. And, to make bright, fun, delicious donuts even more accessible, we’ve reduced our delivery fee to a flat rate of just $5, for any postcode within 60km of the Sydney CBD.   

Sharing the love

We do this because we have been delighted to be sharing the love for our customers and their loved ones. We have been trusted to share many moments with recipients who have had to celebrate birthdays and graduations in isolation, to cheer someone up because that date was meant to be their wedding day, to welcome a baby into a world where everyone is dying to meet them. To let someone know that they are being thought of, or to thank someone for getting them through emotionally hard times.
