You earn Dough Dollars for every dollar you spend through the website. 1 Dough Dollar per every $1 in the Hero (Joining) Tier. Make sure you are logged into your account before you proceed with your purchase. You can login here, or at the top of the check out page before typing in the Shipping Details of your order. You can also earn points by completing the steps in your Dough Dollars Rewards profile. Make sure you only use ONE EMAIL ADDRESS for every order. We are only able to merge two emails/accounts once per customer. We can't continue to merge multiple accounts if you use multiple email addresses.
Points are only awarded to orders that are placed through the website. Orders through our corporate team/quotes/external invoicing do not earn points. Points can only be used or applied for orders placed through the website.
Once you make a purchase with us, you're automatically enrolled in the Dr. Dough Donuts Rewards. In order to access your points, you'll just need to activate your account.
- How to activate your account: contact us and at the top of the page click LOGIN if you previously have an account with Dr. Dough or JOIN NOW to create one. Once you’ve logged in or created an account, your rewards account is active
- Once logged in, you can view your available, pending, and used points in your account. It takes less time to create your account than to read this, we promise!
- For NEW Dough Dollar Rewards accounts, we will reward you with 200 points when you create your account. Points are applied to your account immediately and can be redeemed in your account or at check out.
There are 4 tiers, so the more you shop, the better the perks! All members earn points when making purchases, referring friends and more. Use your points for discounts towards your next purchase. It’s basically the gift that keeps on giving.
Some of the tier benefits include free shipping when you spend a certain amount, point multipliers and discounts for your birthday!

Upon reaching a new tier, you will be eligible to receive the perks of the tier for 12 months from induction. If during the next 12 months, you do not achieve the minimum spend to maintain your tier, you will be reduced down one tier. For example, if by 1 January 2023 (within 12 months) you spend $1,500, you will be a VIDP. From the anniversary of induction, if you do not meet the minimum spend of $1,500 your tier status will reduce one level to Celebrity and so forth.

Log in to your Dr. Dough Donuts account.
Desktop: At checkout, your available Dough Dollar Rewards points can be found on the right-hand side of the screen above the promo code field. Use the drop down to select the amount in dollars that you'd like to redeem, then click "Redeem" to apply it to your order.
Mobile: Available points to cash balance can be found at the checkout by using the drop-down arrow that says "Redeem Dough Dollars”. If you have express checkout enabled, it may bypass the redemption page. Click “Back” or "Checkout as Guest" to view the checkout steps and you will find “Redeem Dough Dollars” dropdown on the “Order Summary / Information” page.
Desktop & Mobile: Alternatively, on the rewards page, you can redeem a code for checkout by selecting “Redeem Now”, then selecting/scrolling through the $5, $10, $20 or $30 off and pressing “Redeem”. You can then copy the code and apply at checkout. The code will also be sent to you via email and will be available for review in “Rewards History” available on the Rewards Page”. Please note, when using this method to redeem a code, this cannot be reversed. The maximum Dough Dollar Reward points that can be redeemed per transaction is 600 which equates to $30.
Once points are redeemed, we are unable to reverse that redemption if you change your mind or if it was a mistake.
Your points will expire 12 months after earning them.
For example: You purchased from us in February and earn 79 points, these 79 points will expire in February the following year if they aren't used.
We also use a first in, first out rule so that when you redeem points for rewards we use the points that you acquired earlier first.
For example: if you earn points in February and then again in April and redeem a reward on your account in May we will use the points you acquired in February first.
Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time and chances to spend! There will be reminders via email and text message (if you have subscribed to these forms of communication).
You may use your Dough Dollars and coupons on any products. You cannot combine redeemed Dough Dollars and other coupon codes. You may not be able to use Dough Dollars or coupon codes if there is another sale or promotion applying to that item. Coupon codes may not apply to marked down or clearance items. You can not add two coupon codes to one order. You cannot claim Dough Dollar Rewards codes with other promotional codes. You can claim Dough Dollar Rewards codes with Dr. Dough gift cards.
On your Dough Dollars Rewards page, scroll down to the “Refer A Friend” section and you can send a link to your friend via email, SMS and other social channels. They will get a link that will bring them to a pop-up with a promo code for $15 off their first purchase (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns). After they complete their first purchase, we will credit your account with $15 (equal to 300 Dough Dollars) to use on future purchases.
There is a minimum purchase of $65 for the referred on their purchase in order to get $15 off.
When using points on a purchase, you will both use and earn points in the same transaction. Unfortunately, Dough Dollars Rewards points earned on an order that has been returned or cancelled will not be credited back to your account due to the perishability of our products. Dough Dollars are pending until an order is delivered, so unfortunately you can’t redeem them right away. However once you order has been delivered, your points will arrive in your account.
Points cannot be combined with other discount codes (such as your Tier entry coupon) or other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Referral links are valid for new Dr. Dough Donuts customers only (so only potential Heros who haven’t shopped with us before).
Points cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Dr. Dough Donuts reserves the right to allocate Dough Dollars, Gift Cards or a refunds as appropriate for each circumstance.
Dr. Dough Donuts is entitled to make changes to the Dough Dollars Rewards program including changes to (Dough Dollars) points earned and spent, rewards and redemptions.
Dr. Dough Donuts reserves the right to remove a user’s account in the circumstance of fraud or other infringements against Dr. Dough Donuts. Should there be any points remaining in the account, they will be forfeited.
Tier status is determined based on your spend since 1st March 2022, and resets every 12 months. To maintain a tier status you need to reach the minimum spends specified in each tier.
