Can I Pick Up My Order?
You certainly can! We don't have a shop front to pop in and say hey, but you can organise to pick up your order from our facility, after you've placed your order through the website.
- Place your order normally through the website. This involves choosing a date and time for delivery (which we will note as your pick up date) and putting in address and payment information as normal.
- Use code word COLLECT in the discount code / gift card section to:
- Remove Shipping Fee
- Signal to our team that you would like to collect your order from us
- Reply to your confirmation email once you receive it to let us know the time you intend to collect your order. Collection can be made between 7:30am and 1pm Monday to Saturday. (Check your junk, spam or promotional inbox)
You can collect your order from:
9 Barclay Street, Marrickville (Bob & Pete's)
When you arrive, ring the buzzer at the ORANGE ROLLER DOOR of Building 9. Pick up is between 7:30pm and 1pm only.
