MOQ for our wholesale cupcake products is 12 (packaged in boxes of 12). MOQ for our wholesale donut products is 10 (packaged in boxes 10). You can mix and match the donut varieties but the MOQ must be 10 for each order.

Donuts $3.20 each (RRP $6.50 each)
Wholesale prices exclude GST.
Email our team at corporate@drdoughdonuts.com with your wholesale request. Once the information has been emailed through to Dr. Dough, your account will be manually created and an activation link will be emailed to the address provided. Click on this link to complete your account set up and to start ordering. You must login to this account each time you wish to place an order.
Placing a Wholesale Order
All wholesale orders are to be placed via the website. To place a wholesale order, please login to your wholesale account at https://drdoughdonuts.com/collections/wholesale or by clicking login at the top of the page.
Wholesale orders are not available for same day delivery.
Wholesale orders must be placed by 5pm the day prior.
Cancellation or Concerns
If you need to cancel a wholesale order, please let us know via email to corporate@drdoughdonuts.com by 12:00pm the day prior to the delivery date and we will be happy to reschedule, refund or provide credit towards your next order.
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of the delivery. If an order is cancelled on the day of delivery, the order will be forfeited.
Please note that any refunds will be processed back to the payment method used to place the order and funds will show within 5 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please ensure you contact us via email at corporate@drdoughdonuts.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and provide details and photographs of your concerns.

Shipping is always charged at $9.95 and the difference will be refunded if you meet our unit criteria.
Wholesale orders will be delivered within the 7am-12pm window each day. If you require delivery by a certain time, please reach out to the Dr. Dough team at corporate@drdoughdonuts.com prior to placing an order to discuss possible options.
Storage
Our donuts/cupcakes should be stored ambient, on a level surface, and removed from humid conditions. If donuts/cupcakes are exposed to humid conditions, the toppings may deteriorate and result in a change of appearance.
For the best quality and experience, we recommend eating the donuts/cupcakes on the day of delivery. If the donuts are kept overnight or for an extended duration there will be a noticeable difference in quality.
Donuts/cupcakes can be frozen if you keep them for an extended period. We do not recommend refrigerating the donuts/cupcakes as this can remove moisture and impact the quality.
Dough Dollar Rewards
Wholesale products are not eligible products for acquiring Dough Dollar Rewards Points (Dr. Dough rewards program).
