Where Does Dr. Dough Deliver?

Dr. Dough delivers up to 60km's from the Sydney CBD, suburb dependant. This means that there may be some suburb within a 60km radius that we are unable to reach. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.


How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping start at $12.95 for Sydney Metro Areas. The delivery fee may be higher for suburbs outside of these areas, for the Sydney CBD or during peak periods including certain holidays and special occasions.


Can I Select My Delivery Date & Time?

Yes, you can! We allow you to choose your date and window of delivery time during the check out process. Please note that we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times, however if you reach out to our customer experience team we will be more than happy to assist and see how we can help.


Where Do You Send The Tracking Information?

We send tracking information via SMS and email:

  • The email address used to place the order will receive tracking information via email
  • The mobile phone number put in the SHIPPING information of the order will receive tracking information via SMS.

The tracking information only states that a delivery is on it's way from Dr. Dough and does not include information about who it's from or what the gift is

If you require your delivery to be a surprise, please place YOUR mobile phone number in the SHIPPING information during check out. We always appreciate having the recipients number for ease of delivery just incase our drivers need assistance. Please only use Australian based mobile phone numbers.


Do You Send Payment Information/Invoices With Orders?

As we are a gifting company, we don't include any payment information or invoices with our deliveries.


What Information Is Sent With My Order?

The only information sent with your order is on the shipping label which includes:

  • Recipient Name (from the SHIPPING information at check out)
  • Recipient Address  (from the SHIPPING information at check out)
  • The mobile phone number used on the order in the SHIPPING information

If chosen during the ordering process for $2.95, a physical gift card with your gift message is sent with the order attached to the top left hand side of the outer packaging

Digital gift messages are delivered via SMS and/or email once the order has been marked as delivered. Please note there may be a delay of a few minutes between when the order is marked as delivered and when the SMS or email is sent.

 

Flowers

If you are adding a beautiful flower bouquet to your gift, please note that flowers are not available for delivery on Sunday. Orders with flowers will be delivered between 9:00am 5:00pm Mon - Sat. Orders with flowers added may experience a delay in delivery time. Please contact our team for further information.

Although we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we handle products that contain nuts, milk and dairy, egg, soy, sesame in our facility so cross contamination may occur.  All of our products contain gluten.

We DO NOT offer any gluten free products.

If you, the recipient or anyone intending to consume our products, is anaphylactic to any of the ingredients in our products or may have a severe allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in our products we strongly recommend not to consume our products.
