Refunds and Returns Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your order, we must receive notification by 4pm the day prior to delivery/ pickup. You may opt for the full refund or we can arrange to have the order rescheduled for another day/ time
As each of our donut designs and orders is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please contact us via Phone (1300 767 376) or Email (email@example.com) to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your donuts sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Please Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the PayPal or Afterpay account.
