As mentioned, there can be a slight delay between when the driver marks the item as delivered to when the digital message is sent. This is in place to make sure there is enough room to adjust if there are any issues with delivery and the system takes some time to allow communications with each other to send the message. The delay can sometimes be 5 - 10 mins and generally arrives on time, but our customer service team are here seven days a week to answer any questions from senders or recipients about their purchases or deliveries. We are trying to shorten that digital message delivery delay window but there are many factors that come into play with systems like this. We also have options available to choose from when placing an order including our gift message option that can be attached to the box for future orders.
